Watch: Aaron Rodgers (unsuccessfully) attempts to prank coach Matt LaFleur

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers had a little fun with coach Matt LaFleur before Thursday’s practice.

Ryan Rodig of WRFV-TV in Green Bay documented Rodgers’ prank attempt above.

The trick? Getting LaFleur to think he was about to get whacked in the back of the head by an incoming pass. Rodgers’ stunt didn’t work. Even though receiver Davante Adams ducked for cover, LaFleur appeared unfazed.

Rodgers laughed, even in defeat, and LaFleur repaid his quarterback with a playful push and a smile.

There’s always time for a little training camp fun, even for two men under tremendous pressure to rebuild an offense and get the Packers back to the playoffs for the first time since 2016.
