Watch: Aaron Donald teaches little kid proper three-point stance

In terms of pass rushers, Aaron Donald is as good as they come. The reigning Defensive Player of the Year is a technician with his hands and feet, while also using his incredible strength to beat even the best offensive linemen.

For young football players, there probably isn’t anyone better to learn from right now than Donald.

The Rams defensive tackle held a youth football camp over the weekend where he taught little kids about proper technique and how to be successful on the field. One youngster got a personal lesson from Donald on lining up in a three-point stance.

The video is fantastic and shows a different side of the fierce Donald.

Priceless

Being a great pass rusher begins with the setup and stance, which allows the player to get off the ball quickly and generate power from the ground up. Donald knows that better than anyone, using proper technique to make up for his lack of size and height.

Getting to learn from Donald is an opportunity unlike any other for these young football players.
