Aaron Donald has incredible strength that’s almost unrivaled for a man his size in the NFL, which is part of what makes him so difficult to block up front. He uses that strength and leverage to bull-rush offensive linemen into their quarterbacks, collapsing the pocket quickly after the snap.
Donald showed off that strength in a new “NFL 100” commercial before Super Bowl LIV, pushing a bulldozer outside SoFi Stadium while Jalen Ramsey and Derwin James supervised.
Obviously Donald and Joey Bosa weren’t actually pushing the construction equipment, but it was neat to see both players featured in the spot at their future home in Inglewood.
