Watch: Aaron Donald dominates his competition in agility drill

Aaron Donald is just about a one-of-a-kind player with his combination of speed, strength and size – even if some believed he was too small to play defensive tackle. His hand usage is next-level, as well, making him nearly impossible to block.

People his size simply aren’t supposed to be able to move as quickly as Donald does, which was evidenced at the 2014 NFL combine when he ran a 4.68 40-yard dash and had a three-cone time of 7.11 seconds.

He’s been working out all offseason and in the latest video of his training, he absolutely blows away the competition in this agility drill. The person recording the video even asks, “Can somebody please beat Aaron today?”

Spoiler alert: No one does.

Donald appears to be in the best shape of his life despite it being the offseason. The man simply never stops working, and it shows. He’s poised to make another run at the Defensive Player of the Year award in 2019.
