In Aaron Donald’s first NFL game ever in his hometown of Pittsburgh, he gifted his team two points. In the fourth quarter with the Steelers pinned deep in their own zone, Donald and Clay Matthews combined for a sack on Mason Rudolph, bringing him down in the end zone for a safety.
It was a huge play for the Rams, who were doing their best to stick around against a stingy Steelers team. It made it a two-point game and brought them within one score, though Los Angeles did nothing on the ensuing drive.
