Now THIS is how you react to your son making the basketball team! Dr. Shaka Coverson was over the moon when he heard his 12-year-old son, Kaiden, made the middle school basketball team.

Kaiden’s mom, Dr. Monica Coverson, captured the moment Kaiden told his dad the big news. Watch dad’s over the top reaction in the video above. Mom followed her husband and son as they ran through the house laughing and screaming for joy.

Kaiden found out he made the basketball team on his 12th birthday which made the moment that much sweeter. Good luck this season, Kaiden!
