Many people will be aware that the Hazardous Waste regulations came into force earlier this month - well, the Federation of Small Business is concerned businesses will start fly tipping as a result. They're convinced that cutting the number of licensed landfill sites from 240 to fewer than 15 will leave business open to cowboy disposal experts.
