Only 13 games into the young NBA season, and Steph Curry is already stacking up a list of awards. After winning the Western Conference Player of the Week award to open the season, the Golden State Warriors point guard has been honored for the same award just three weeks later.
On Monday, Curry was named the Western Conference Player of the Week for week four of the NBA season. During the week, Curry averaged 34.8 points on 48.9% shooting from the field with 7.8 assists, 5.5 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game. The 33-year-old guard also shot 41.4% from beyond the arc on six attempts per game. Curry helped lead the Warriors to three wins in four games during the week.
Curry has been named Player of the Week in the Western Conference 17 different times in his career. He’s already matched his Player of the Week awards from last season with two.

Former Warrior Kevin Durant joined Curry as the Eastern Conference Player of the Week for week four. In just one day, both reigning players of the week will face off when the Warriors travel to the big apple to meet the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday.
Tipoff between the Warriors and Nets is set for 4:30 p.m. at the Barclays Center on Tuesday.
