Warriors Las Vegas Summer League review: Eric Paschall

The Golden State Warriors made one of the more underrated moves on draft night in June when they selected Villanova product Eric Paschall at 41st overall. Paschall has been compared to current Warrior Draymond Green and he showed off some game in Las Vegas.

We here at Warriors Wire continue our review of the young Warriors as they showed their stuff in Vegas. Up next in our review: Paschall.

12 points

5 rebounds

4 assists

44 percent shooting

Paschall only played one game in the Vegas portion of the Summer League after playing in two games in the California Classic in Sacramento. He played well in the loss to the Charlotte Hornets in Vegas and he showed off a little bit of his game that has caused comparisons to Green.

In two games in Sacramento, Paschall averaged 11 points and 2.5 rebounds and he showed off a really versatile game. He was able to put the ball on the floor and he showed off some range on his jump shot.

Defensively, he was able to switch with ease and was showing off an ability to stay in front of his man. He can be a really solid on-ball defender as his development comes around. He very well could be the next Green for this team.
