OAKLAND, Calif. _ Warriors forward Kevin Durant (sore ribs) will not play against the Sacramento Kings Friday night, the Warriors announced.
The 10th-year forward injured his ribs in the second quarter of Wednesday's 117-106 victory against the Los Angeles Lakers.
While Durant was seen shooting with no restrictions following Thursday's practice, the nine-time all-star sported a white bandage on his ribs.
With the injury, Durant joins fellow all-stars Klay Thompson (fractured right thumb), and Stephen Curry (tweaked ankle), on the inactive list.
