PORTLAND, Ore. _ So much for entering the NBA All-Star break on a good note.
The Golden State Warriors finished with a 129-107 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday, marking the team's second loss in the past 18 games as coach Steve Kerr received a late-game ejection.
Kerr slammed his clipboard as the Warriors trailed, 110-103, with 3:54 left after officials ruled that Draymond Green committed a Flagrant 1 foul on Portland forward Zach Collins. Kerr yelled profanities to official Ken Mauer and even approached him at halfcourt.
Kevin Durant restrained Kerr and pushed him toward the exit. That play resulted in an eight-point play for the Blazers and a subsequent 31-8 run.
The Warriors (41-16) featured Durant (32 points) and Stephen Curry (32) in double figures. The Trail Blazers were led by Damian Lillard (29 points), Jake Layman (17) and CJ McCollum (15).
