The Warrington Guardian has launched a campaign to help a three-year-old boy suffering from a medical condition which leads to him being laughed at by other children. Ethan Bell has lymphangioma, a disorder that creates cysts in soft tissue, distorting his face, eyes and throat. The paper is urging readers to contribute to a fund set up by his parents to obtain specialist treatment by an American specialist. Operations cost £15,000, but Ethan will need several.
