A warning has gone out over the weekend for walkers to stay away from Llanelli’s Sandy Water Park.
Signs were in place along some of the paths after Storm Eunice ripped trees from their roots and hurled them into the paths around the attraction.
Some people were undeterred and went to the popular park although some of the trees looked as if they were on the verge of falling over.

Branches were strewn and tree trunks were broken in the devastating storm that ripped roofs off homes and felled trees into the main route into Llanelli.
In the warning, Carmarthenshire Council said: “We are advising people to please stay away from Sandy Water Park in Llanelli for safety reasons as there are a number of large fallen trees. Thank you for your co-operation.”
Problems were reported across the area with Pwll playground bearing the brunt of the wind damage and parts of it having to be cordoned off as a result.
Llanelli Rural Council put out an alert on social media over the issues.
“Pwll children’s play area is to remain closed until the fence that has come down in the storm can be made safe,” they said.
WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre had to stop visitors from exploring the grounds as a result of the impact of Storm Eunice.

In a statement they said: “Due to significant storm damage, all outdoor areas will be closed on Saturday 19 February.
“The visitor centre and shop will be open, but Puddle Jumping Championships are postponed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
