Warning to bloggers - your employers is watching

Blogging could lose people their jobs. Journalist Rory O'Connor brings to attention a new study that shows that one in five companies has disciplined employees for disobeying blogging policy, and more than 7% have actually fired bloggers. An organisation called Proofpoint found that companies regard "outbound electronic communication protocols" as an ever-increasing source of risk due to possible leaks of confidential information.
