Warning not to let children watch Squid Game

Teachers at a primary school have urged parents to stop their kids from watching the hit Netflix show Squid Game over safety fears.

They branded the age 15 rated series as "extremely worrying" and said some pupils were reenacting scenes in the school.

Squid Game is a survival drama TV series, released on Netflix in September, that sees adults competing in deadly children's games for cash prizes.

But staff at Sir Francis Hill Community Primary School in Lincoln have called for parents to not let their children watch the show.

An email was sent to parents warning of the issues behind watching Squid Game at such a young age, which the school described as “extremely worrying”, The Lincolnite reports.

The email states that some pupils were acting out scenes from Squid Game in school.

Teachers are calling for parents to put parental locks on devices to stop their children from watching the show.
