Warning for drivers over burst water main in Paisley

Scottish Water is advising road users in Paisley of some road traffic management following a burst on a nine-inch water main in the town in the early hours of this morning, Friday 24 December 2021.

Temporary three-way traffic lights are in operation at the junction of Neilston Road and Lochfield Road Park.

All road traffic management has been agreed in liaison with Renfrewshire Council and will be lifted as soon as it is safe to do so.

The repair has been successfully completed and normal supplies have been restored.

Scottish Water apologises for any inconvenience caused for local residents affected and thanks drivers for their patience and understanding. Delays are expected.
