Shoppers have been warned to chuck out two hand sanitisers immediately over fears they could pose a serious health risk.
One of the sanitisers, called lbcccndc Instant Hand Sanitiser, was being sold on AliBaba, Ebay and Wish but has now been removed.
Trading Standards is urging the public to avoid the clear gel, which was found to contain highly toxic 37 per cent methanol.
Another recalled product, called Yucky Hands, only contains an alcohol volume of 42.3% - meaning it will not be effective in killing viruses.
Consumer charity Which, says if you have any of the product do not use it, and if you see it online, do not buy it, reports the Daily Record.

What you need to know: The recall alert notes that the low ethanol content means you won’t be protected against bacteria or viruses, increasing the risk of infection.
