People clad in dotera quilt jackets enjoy a river view of central Osaka while sitting around kotatsu heated tables set on round paddle boards on Saturday. During the about 40-minute river tour, the 3-meter diameter paddle boards took tourists around the city's Nakanoshima Park while they had grilled mochi. Organized by Japan CitySUP Association, the event will also be held on Feb. 23 and March 2, aiming to attract more people to enjoy Osaka's river view.
