The New War, the massive expansion for Warframe, is finally coming out on Dec. 15.
The expansion is years in the making, though it’ll likely be worth the wait, as developer Digital Extremes promises this will be Warframe’s biggest narrative expansion ever. Loads of new questlines, characters and, of course, some slick new gear. Steve Sinclair, creative director at Digital Extremes, had some interesting words regarding this momentous occasion.
“Warframe’s story is everything to us. The New War is the experience players have wanted since the quest title was first revealed at TennoCon 2018,” Sinclair said in a press release. “This moment is the culmination of years of experimentation in game development and feeding the beast that is Warframe.”
For The New War’s release, Digital Extremes worked with Blur Studios, best known for Love Death + Robots on Netflix, on a CD trailer that you can check out below.
