Police searching for a wanted man from Ashington have asked the public to keep an eye out for him.
Officers are keen to find Craig Appleby, 50, after he failed to appear at court following an assault on Gibson Street in November 2018.
Efforts have been ongoing to locate Appleby with a number of associated homes searched.
Now, Northumbria Police has asked members of the community of Ashington who know his whereabouts or who have recently seen him to come forward with information.
Appleby, or anyone who believes they have seen him, are asked to call 101 quoting reference 19/007752 or via the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
