Summer House is making headlines for a variety of reasons this week — now including the impending sale of the mansion at the center of the action.
Days after cast members Amanda Batula and West Wilson confirmed their romance and sent fans scrambling to support her best friend and his ex, Ciara Miller, it emerged that the mansion where the hit Bravo series has filmed its past five seasons has been put up for sale.
Located on Long Island’s coveted east end in Sag Harbor, New York, the sprawling seven-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home has been listed for $5.65 million.
“Set across 4.3 acres, this bright, beautifully finished Sag Harbor Traditional offers the space, privacy, and resort amenities that highlight contemporary Hamptons living,” the listing, held by Alfredo Barreto of Saunders & Associates, stated.
While the listing neglects to mention its connection to Summer House, fans will instantly recognize the 8,700-square-foot property, as it’s been well-documented on the series. The gated home’s pool and hot tub, as well as the massive kitchen and living spaces, have all been prominently featured as prime hangout spots for the cast.
The drama has also extended into the bedrooms, most (if not all) of which have an en suite bathroom.
Before Bravo began renting the home, it was offered for $46,000 per month, according to Realtor. It’s not clear what the network has paid for the rental since filming began there.
Season 10 of Summer House, which was filmed in 2025, is currently airing on Bravo. The show centers around a group of Manhattan-based friends who spend their weekends at the rental home, throwing theme parties and enjoying the area’s nightlife.
In addition to Batula, Wilson, and Miller, the show features Kyle Cooke, Carl Radke, Lindsay Hubbard, Jesse Solomon, Mia Calabrese, KJ Dillard, Dara Levitan, Levi Sebree, Bailey Taylor and Ben Waddell.
News of the home’s listing comes amid the bombshell Batula-Wilson relationship announcement.
Miller, 30, dated Wilson, 31, in a 2023 relationship that played out on the hit Bravo show. Her close friend Batula, 34, announced her separation from Cooke, her husband of four years, in January. Their relationship has been a main storyline throughout the show’s 10 seasons.

Batula and Wilson revealed in a statement shared Tuesday on their respective Instagram accounts that while the romance is “still very new,” they wanted to “provide some clarity” on the situation.
“As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling,” they continued. “We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless.”
That impact clearly extends to Miller — who unfollowed both Batula and Wilson on Instagram immediately after their joint statement — and Cooke, as well as the rest of the Summer House cast.
The season 10 reunion is slated to film this month and will likely mark the first time cameras capture the aftermath of the shocking relationship news.
