Walt Disney World in Florida is pulling out all the stops with an 18-month celebration for its 50th anniversary kicking off in October, and now the resort marking the milestone with a very special deal for holidaymakers from the UK & Ireland!
You can now book a special 50th anniversary package for stays in 2022 at any of the participating Disney Resort hotels, and you'll get to enjoy three big perks:
The offer will be valid for holidays in 2022 with a minimum stay of five nights, and the good news is that there's a generous booking window too as the deal is available for bookings made by August 3.

Oh, and if you book by July 17, you'll also receive a FREE exclusive 50th Anniversary Celebration Gift Basket worth £109 when you arrive, complete with treats like a limited edition 50th Anniversary commemorative coin, exclusive Disney merchandise and delicious treats all presented in a Mickey insulated cooler bag.
You can find out more and bag the offer on disneypackages.co.uk. Prices start from £912pp for a 14-day holiday (approximately £65pp a day), based on two adults and two children staying on a room only basis at at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort.
It's worth noting that these rates don't include flights although there are options to add these on.
At the time of writing, the USA remains on the UK's amber list for Brits, meaning that anyone returning to the UK will need to self-isolate at home for 10 days, as well as being required to take a pre-departure test, and two PCR tests on days two and eight of isolation. (There is an option to take a test on day five, where a negative result will release you from your isolation early).
The Foreign Office continues to advise against non-essential travel to the US, not to mention the latter continues to keep its borders closed to anyone who has been in the UK within 14 days. (You can find out more in the Foreign Office USA advice ).
However, there are hopes that a travel corridor could be put in place between the two countries later this year.
If you are thinking of booking a Walt Disney World trip for next year, it's worth noting that if you book direct with the Walt Disney Travel Company, there is a flexible policy.
For example, guests can change their holiday dates with no amendment fees up to 7 days before their travel date (excluding flights), while the Walt Disney Travel Company says that if it cancels your package holiday it will offer a refund within 14 days.
Ultimately it's up to you if you want to risk booking a holiday for next year at this time.
Still, there is some leeway if you're hoping to make use of the 50th anniversary deal - after all, it's valid for bookings made by August 3 so there's plenty of time to await further updates regarding travelling to the USA.
