Wallsend thug kicked out of brother's flat despite order banning him from visiting address

Thug Scott Fuller has been kicked out of his brother's flat after reportedly caused mayhem in Newcastle's East End.

But his old neighbours are "jumping for joy" after he was kicked out of a flat amid claims he was making their lives a misery.

Police arrested Fuller after they found him at his brother Dale's Vine Street home - despite being banned from the address.

He was found in Vine Street - where the council had sought another injunction earlier in June this year to stop him visiting.

A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: “We can confirm we attended an address on Vine Street after a report of anti-social behaviour.

"Upon attendance we found a 30-year-old man whose presence in the address put him in breach of a civil injunction.

"He was arrested and the case was passed to the local authority who had secured the injunction in question.

"We would encourage anyone who has concerns about anti-social behaviour to contact police as there a number of tactics we can use to improve the lives of residents across our region.”

The move delighted locals who claimed he had been a nuisance.

"People knew who he was, and he wasn't wanted or welcome around here. He is a troublemaker," said one woman, who asked not to be named.

"The area already has enough problems without the likes of him here, so people were jumping for joy when they got shot of him.

"As soon as he turned up, there was just noise and aggro. People won't put up with it and they didn't."

Following a "series of complaints", North Tyneside Council was granted a closure order in June for the Vine Street property.

That same month, that order was breached and Fuller was gone.

Since then, the council say there have been no further issues.

"We will always take whatever action is within our power to preserve the safety of our communities and tackle antisocial and criminal behaviour," added a council spokesperson.
