Snacks giant Walkers has unveiled a new range of flavours - and crisp fans are going wild.
The five new limited-edition Taste Icons flavours have all been inspired by some of the UK’s favourite restaurants, including Nando’s, PizzaExpress, YO!, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Las Iguanas.
Each variety is based on a signature dish with Nando’s PERi-PERi chicken, GBK's classic cheeseburger, the American Hot pizza from Pizza Express, YO!'s katsu curry and the chilli con carne from Las Iguanas.
Single-serve packets are available for 69p, a grab bag for 84p, a five-bag multi-pack for £1 and a 15-bag multi-pack for £2.50, The Sun reports.
They are available at stores nationwide, while stocks last. Fans have even joked that it's worth using up a daily trip outside during the lockdown to grab a bag.
The crisps also come with a 2-for-1 restaurant meal voucher on each pack, but this cannot be used at the moment because of the government's coronavirus restrictions, but the redemption deadline has been postponed until December.
To take advantage of the offer, customers should visit the Walkers website and enter their details with a 10 digit promotional code found on the packet.
A voucher will be sent via email to redeem at a participating restaurant.
As part of the promotion, Walkers is handing £1 million of support to UK food banks, in a partnership with the Trussell Trust.
