Walkers has discontinued a fan favourite as it brings out two new flavours in their range.
Shoppers say they have been “desperately searching” the shelves for their favourite packets, but have been left disappointed at finding out they will never be able to eat these particular crisps again.
The Pizza Hut-flavoured crisps, part of the Max range, have been pulled from the shelves to make way for two new takeaway themed flavours.
Max Texan BBQ and Pepperoni Feast are no more – and fans of the crisps have not been left very happy about it.
One X user wrote: “Why can't I find Walkers Max Pizza Hut Texan BBQ Crisps in the supermarket? I usually buy a bag each time I shop as they are a favourite in my house. I haven't seen them for at least 6 weeks.”
While another added: “I can’t find my favourite crisps anywhere. Walkers help me out!”

But Walkers confirmed the flavour is no longer part of its long term plans and they have been binned to make way for new options, much to the disappointment of those who loved them.
They are so fucking good, a great choice! I'd recommend the Walkers Max Pizza Hut Texan BBQ Crisps if they didn't discontinue them :(

@walkers_crisps Hi. Why can't I find Walkers Max Pizza Hut Texan BBQ Crisps in the supermarket? I usually buy a bag each time I shop as they are a favourite in my house. I haven't seen them for at least 6 weeks.

Walkers has instead released two new limited-edition flavours, teaming up with food chain German Doner Kebab (GDK) company to create new offerings: MAX GDK Chicken Kebab and MAX GDK Beef Kebab.
A Walkers spokesperson said: “We recently said goodbye to our two Pizza Hut Walkers MAX Flavours, Texan BBQ and Pepperoni Feast.
“Continuously evolving our portfolio allows us to create more exciting flavours for our crisp fans, like our recently launched limited-edition Walkers MAX German Doner Kebab flavours.”
The crisps have been released and are available to buy from Monday October 6, alongside two other new flavours in the basic – not Max – range.
They are Emmental Cheese and Beef Wellington but those wanting to try them will have to act fast to get their hands on a bag as they are only available for a limited time.
Other deep-ridged crisps in the Max range include Strong Hot Chicken Wings, Spicy Prawn Cocktail, Punchy Paprika and Zingy Salt & Malt Vinegar.
Walkers also recently added two new flavours permanently- Sticky Teriyaki and Masala Chicken.
