Walkers have teamed up with five leading chains and created six limited edition flavours.
The crisps giant has teamed up with Nando’s, Pizza Express, Yo! Sushi, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Las Iguanas to create signature dishes from their much loved menu.
The flavours available are Yo! Sushi's Katsu Curry, Nando’s Peri-Peri Chicken, GBK Classic Cheeseburger, Las Iguanas Chilli Con Carne and Pizza Express American Hot and Margarita Pizza.
The mouthwatering Taste Icons range is perfect for making sure the UK isn’t missing their favourite takeaway restaurants too much during lockdown.
You can chose from a single packet for around 69p (25g) or a larger grab back for 85p (50g) now, at selected shops around the country.
There’s also the option for a five-bag multipack for £1 (16g per pack) or packs of 15 for £2.50 (16g per pack).
Currently available in stores like Tesco, Iceland and Home Bargains where they were first spotted by Instagram user Kevin, of Kev’s Snack Reviews, as he shared the snap from his local Home Bargains.
Naturally after he shared the picture, dozens of crisp fanatics said they couldn’t wait to try them and many favouring the Nando’s flavour.
Each pack features a two-for-one restaurant meal voucher.
Walkers has pushed back the redemption deadline to 3rd December amid the current coronavirus crisis, with the crisps manufacturer urging shoppers to hold on to the voucher to support the restaurant chains once they re-open.
