Walk-in Covid vaccine appointments now available across Nottinghamshire

Walk-in coronavirus vaccination appointments are now available across Nottinghamshire.

For those who are aged 40-49, walk-in appointments are being offered at a number of sites across the city and the wider county as of Monday, May 24.

The NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) says there is no need to book and people may simply turn up for their first jab.

The following sites are now offering walk-ins:

  • Forest Rec Ground
  • King’s Meadow Campus
  • Gamston Community Centre
  • Ashfield Health Village
  • Newark Showground
  • Richard Herrod Centre
  • Mansfield Vaccination Centre

Across Nottinghamshire 860,553 vaccinations have now been administered, with 65,821 given out in the last week across sites run by the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire NHS Clinical Commissioning Group.

In total, 320,789 second doses have now been administered.
