Reports of a suspicious package led to a large emergency service response in the city centre.
Merseyside Police were called to David Lewis Street in Liverpool City Centre at around 2.45pm on Tuesday, October 5, following reports of a suspicious package.
Police cars and horses were called to the walk-in centre, which is located behind Tesco on Hanover Street.

One eye-witness reported the walk-in centre was evacuated over a 'suspect bomb' while police made enquiries.
Officers examined the package and found it not to be suspicious. The force was stood down shortly after.
