WalesOnline Property Awards 2019: How housing developers can enter their best show home

Does your company design gorgeous new build show homes?

But are they the best in Wales?

Enter your company's show home into the WalesOnline Show Home of the Year category sponsored by Sweet Dreams and the public might decide that it is actually the best in Wales.

As part of the WalesOnline Property Awards 2019, the awards aim to find the best property renovation project, room makeover, garden, community property project and show home in Wales.

Here's a quick snapshot video of what it's all about:

Who can enter

Any new home builder or property development company who have opened a fully decorated and furnished show home in Wales, that has been open to the public for general viewing for at least 30 days during the time period between January 1, 2018 and August 24, 2019.

What you can enter

(publicity pictures)

Show home entrants can only upload one show home per site development and one show home design type per company.

In 2016 Taylor Wimpey won this award with their show home 'The Stanton', which was entered only once from the company's Channel Heights site in Rhoose.

This meant that other Taylor Wimpey developments which had a Stanton show home could not enter it, but could enter one of their other home designs.

We are looking for a show home where the space has been designed to achieve maximum light and space, including design detailing that is appropriate for the home and with a reference to the latest interiors trends.
