Wales v New Zealand pitch invader strikes again at Ireland v Japan match

Serial pitch invader Daniel Jarvis – better known as 'Jarvo69' – has struck again, this time at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

A week on from running onto the Principality Stadium turf in Cardiff to disturb New Zealand's anthem ahead of their clash with Wales, Jarvis this time evaded security to take his place next to the Japan team ahead of their autumn clash with Ireland.

Fully decked out in Japan kit, with Jarvo 69 printed on the back, he was eventually rumbled and escorted off the pitch.

Of course, it isn't just rugby that Jarvis has disrupted in an increasingly tedious way.

While it’s the second rugby match in a row for Jarvis, he's also popped up unwanted during NFL and cricket matches.

This summer saw him make it onto the pitch in three separate incidents during the Test series between England and India this year, even steaming in to deliver a ball to Moeen Ali and running into Jonny Bairstow, at The Oval.

And he was also caught invading the field of the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars versus Miami Dolphins match, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Jarvis was arrested and charged with aggravated trespass after his run-in with Bairstow.

He later denied the charge at Croydon Magistrates' Court, and was granted unconditional bail ahead of a trial scheduled for March 23 next year.
