Wales star Josh Adams just revealed he's going to become a dad in 2021

Wales and Cardiff Blues wing Josh Adams has revealed he and his partner are expecting a baby in 2021.

Adams, the top try-scorer at the 2019 Rugby World Cup, announced the news with a cute picture of a number of Christmas stockings on his Instagram account.

The festive snap showed stockings for himself and his partner Georgia Davies, and one each for their Cockapoo dogs Daisy and Dexter - with an ultrasound photo placed in the middle accompanied by a pair of reindeer-themed baby slippers.

Adams wrote: "We’re adding 1 more to the family."

The post was liked by thousands, with Josh Turnbull and Cory Hill sending their congratulations to the happy couple.

Georgia herself posted: "Room for a little one? Baby Adams July 2021. Turns out 2020 wasn’t a write off after all!"

Adams featured in Wales' autumn matches against France, Scotland, Ireland, England and Italy and is set to be a part of Wayne Pivac's Six Nations squad when it is announced next month.

He was due to start for his club side in their clash against Stade Francais on Sunday before the tie was called off, with the French side refusing to travel.
