Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey have both been included in Ryan Giggs' Wales squad for the crucial Euro 2020 qualifiers against Azerbaijan and Hungary, despite concerns over their fitness.
Bale has not featured since suffering a calf injury in the 1-1 draw with Croatia last month while Ramsey has only recent returned to action with Juventus having not played for his country in 2019.
However, Giggs has named the pair in his 27-man squad for the huge double header that will decide Wales' fate in Group E.
Ahead of their Champions League group stage fixture with Galatasaray, Real Madrid revealed that Bale has been continuing with his recovery process by "working alone with and without the ball".
As for Ramsey, he has made two substitute appearances for Juve since being ruled out of Wales' last two qualifiers with Slovakia and Croatia.
Bournemouth defender Chris Mepham is included having recently returned from injury while St Pauli's James Lawrence also features.
Young guns Dylan Levitt and Regan Poole are also in the squad.
Swansea City's Joe Rodon, Charlton man Jonny Williams, Bournemouth ace David Brooks and Oxford United's Ben Woodburn are all unavailable due to injury.
James Chester - despite his recent return to the Aston Villa squad following a lengthy injury layoff - also misses out.
Wales take on Azerbaijan in Baku on Saturday, November 16 before facing Hungary at Cardiff City Stadium three days later.
