Wales rugby fans really need to remember the clocks change this weekend

Wales rugby fans have been getting used to earlier starts than usual to watch their beloved team in action during this Rugby World Cup due to the time difference from Japan.

After five wins from five, including a dramatic finish against France at the weekend, Warren Gatland's men now head into a semi-final against South Africa this weekend.

The match against the Springboks is being played out in Yokohama on Sunday, October 27, in what is sure to be a mouth-watering encounter.

Wales vs South Africa kicks off at 9am UK time.

But make sure you don't get caught out by the clocks going back this weekend!

As it's the last Sunday in October, the clocks will go back by one hour at 2am in the early hours of Sunday.

You know what that means?

Fans will get an extra hour in bed before rising to watch Wales in action as they bid to make it to the Rugby World Cup final on November 2, which will feature either New Zealand or England (who play their semi-final on Saturday at 9am).

When the clocks go back, the UK will then be on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
