Wales house prices increased by 10.7% last year - faster than the UK average

House prices in Wales increased by 10.7% in the year to December 2020.

Over the 12 months the average price of a home jumped from £166K to £184K.

This comes amid growing concerns over young people and families being able to get on the housing ladder.
