Wales fans can relive incredible Euro 2016 campaign with all games to be shown again in full

Wales football fans will be able to relive the remarkable Euro 2016 tournament with BBC Cymru Wales to show all of their games again.

It was the tournament which sparked a frenzy in this country. It was Hal Robson-Kanu's turn, Gareth Bale's thunderbolt free-kicks, Aaron Ramsey's peroxide blond hair and, of course, Joe Ledley's iconic dance moves.

Chris Coleman's men lit up the tournament in France, with fans back in Wales beaming with pride and singing 'Don't Take Me Home' as their team rocketed through to the semi-finals.

The competition swept the country and, with no live football to feast on, it may well do so again.

The men in red captured the hearts of a nation during that campaign four years ago, their first major international tournament since 1958.

The bond they struck between the players on the pitch was echoed in abundance by the swathes of fans off it, whether it be those who travelled to France or those who flocked to bars and pubs across Wales.

So, while there is no live football, it might be wise to treat yourself to the greatest football spectacle Wales have produced in a generation.

The BBC will show every Wales game from Euro 2016 across BBC One Wales and BBC Two Wales between June 7 and June 27.

It comes after ITV had great success in showing the Euro '96 tournament, allowing England fans to revel in their success 20 years prior to Wales' conquests in France.

In addition to the six matches, the FAW's official documentary Don't Take Me Home will also be broadcast.

Matches

Wales v Slovakia, Sunday, June 7 - BBC One Wales

England v Wales, Sunday, June 14 - BBC One Wales

Wales v Russia, Tuesday, June 16 - BBC Two Wales

Wales v Northern Ireland, Saturday, June 20 - BBC Two Wales

Wales v Belgium, Sunday, June 21 - BBC One Wales

Wales v Portugal, Saturday, June 27 - BBC Two Wales.
