Barcelona's players are staying in town for the second leg of their Champions League clash - and some fans appear to have taken matters in to their own hands to give Liverpool an advantage in their efforts to overturn a 3-0 deficit.
Videos have circulated on social media showing dozens of fireworks being set off next to the Hilton hotel in Liverpool one, where Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and the rest of the Barca squad arrived yesterday.
In one video a man can be heard shouting "wake up call for Mr Messi" before lighting the first of many fireworks .

Other videos appear to show fireworks being set off from different locations around the hotel.
A photo which has also been circulated reportedly shows the boot of a car laden with different kinds of fireworks.
Some of the videos show the light show causing a racket in the early hours of Tuesday and casting bright lights across the whole of the hotel.
People reported hearing bangs in the area as early as 2am and some said they could still hear them at 4.30am.
The prank doesn't seem to have had the desired effect with a spokesperson for the Hilton confirming they had no complaints of noise during the night.
