The clock is ticking down at a rapid rate to this year's Great North Run with just days to go now until the big event.
The 13.1-mile road race from Newcastle to South Shields is taking place on Sunday, September 8 with tens of thousands of fun runners, many running for charity, joining elite athletes at the start line.
And whether you're running for fun or competitively, you can be rewarded in serious style with a free meal at Wagamama.
And not just at the famous chain's Newcastle restaurant either.
As another restaurant announces its free pizza and pasta deal for Great North Run runners, Wagamama has confirmed it is offering a free main dish for everyone taking part in the 2019 race.
Runners can choose from chicken katsu curry, yasai katsu curry, yaki soba, yasai yaki soba or chicken ramen.
The offer is valid at Offer valid at Wagamamas in Newcastle, Metrocentre, York, Harrogate, Leeds Trinity and Leeds White Rose.
And if you can't face a big meal straight after the race, the good news is that you've got until September 22 to claim it.
All you have to do is show your medal when ordering.
The slight small print is that you have to spend £7 in the restaurant, but given that the main are all over £10, it's still a good offer.
