The Jacksonville Jaguars took the field for Day 1 of training camp Thursday and now their journey to Super Bowl LIV has begun. Of course, like all camps are, the Jags’ will be a tough grind, so to prepare them for what lies ahead the team had Hall of Fame defensive back Deion Sanders to share some wisdom with their young players.
Sanders, who is now with NFL Network, stopped by for a training camp preview, but was more than willing to talk to the Jags’ defensive backs group and a few others to explain what made him the legendary player he was. Check out what he specifically had to say below and how his nickname represents all the characteristics it takes to be great.

Sanders has often discussed the Jags on NFL Network and is one of the nation’s analysts who believes in the talent they have if the unit can mature. That said, maybe his stop in Jacksonville could be the one that propels them back to their 2017 ways.
While at the Jags’ facility, Sanders interviewed Calais Campbell and asked him about the outlook of the team. He also sat down with cornerback Jalen Ramsey to talk about his viral entrance into training camp.
