WA man faces drink spiking allegations

A WA man is facing fresh allegations of spiking the drinks of women he met on a dating website, bringing the total number of charges against him to 37.

The 32-year-old has been charged with 11 more offences relating to two women he allegedly met online between January and March 2022.

In subsequent encounters, he's accused of putting a substance in their drinks, either at his home or at a licensed venue, causing them to become incapacitated before he sexually assaulted them.

The latest charges include sexual penetration without consent and stupefying to commit an indictable offence,

In total, he is facing 37 charges relating to 10 alleged victims.

The investigation is ongoing and police are urging anyone with more information to make contact.

The man's next court date is on November 14
