A bushfire burning south of Perth is considered a possible threat to homes and people in the area with a watch and act warning in place.
Emergency WA says the blaze is burning towards Maranup and Nannup with conditions in the area changing.
It has already destroyed about 80 hectares of scrub as fire crews work to bring it under control.
The fire was first reported early on Thursday morning, but its cause has not been determined.
