Western Australia have opted to bowl first in their Sheffield Shield match against Queensland at the Gabba - and have handed a first-class debut to the son of a former Zimbabwe international.
Nineteen-year-old Jayden Goodwin, whose father Murray Goodwin played 71 ODIs and 19 Tests for the African nation, is expected to open the batting alongside Cameron Bancroft.
Queensland welcome back allrounder Michael Neser and quick Mark Steketee, while skipper Usman Khawaja will be hoping to continue his rich vein of form with Ashes spots up for grabs.
Khawaja, who tops the Shield run scoring tally with 326, including two centuries from four innings so far this season, declared this week he'll happily bat anywhere in Australia's top six.
Both sides have one win from three games.
