Mark Ruffalo has accused Mike Pence of “white male supremacy” for “constantly interrupting” Kamala Harris during the VP debate.

The Avengers: Endgame actor was tweeting along with the historic debate, which came one week after Donald Trump and Joe Biden’s.

Harris and Pence clashed over topics including Trump's taxes, foreign policy and the president's response to coronavirus, which Harris called the biggest failure ever by an American administration.

At one point, Harris bluntly told Pence: “I’m speaking” after he tried to talk over her.

After the debate had ended, Ruffalo tweeted: “Just going over it all in my head. The way Mike Pence constantly interrupted and spoke over @KamalaHarris was the prime example of white male supremacy and its common dismissal and disrespect for black woman.”

The actor also urged America to “tax the rich” in order for the working class to be paid back the money he says was “stolen”by Trump and Pence.

Other celebrities to share views on the debate include musician Chance the Rapper and actor Regina King.
