After falling behind 14-0 in the first half, the Pittsburgh Steelers ramped up the intensity on both sides of the ball, scored 27 straight points and beat the Miami Dolphins 27-14. Several Steelers stepped up so picking a player of the game isn’t going to be easy.
This is easily the longest list of options we’ve had for the poll all season. A case could be made for the contribution of every one of these players to be the player of the game.
Who is our vote? It’s running back James Conner. Even when the rest of the team was struggling in the first half, Conner ran hard and imposed his will on the Dolphins defense. Conner finished with 145 rushing yards on 23 carries and one rushing score.
