Vontaze Burfict joins Antonio Brown on the Raiders

It looks like Antonio Brown and Vontze Burfict are going to end up teammates. The Oakland Raiders announced Tuesday night they have signed the former Cincinnati Bengals linebacker after the Bengals cut him a day ago.

Brown and Burfict know each other well from their time together in the AFC North. In fact Burfict went out of his way to try to take Antonio Brown out in a playoff game with a blatant shoulder to the head. Don’t remember the play? Here you go.

Yeah, the reunion and spending every day in the same locker shouldn’t be awkward at all. Actually, now that I think about it, there probably won’t be any problems at all. Both guys will probably share some awkward hug on camera and release public statements about how there are no hard feelings and they are great friends.
