Vontaze Burfict and Antonio Brown already appear to be friends on Raiders

So much for a possible Hard Knocks-worthy drama between former Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict and Oakland Raiders wideout Antonio Brown.

As fate would have it, Brown forced his way off the Pittsburgh Steelers and joined the Oakland Raiders. Burfict got cut Monday and found a new job Tuesday — also with the Raiders.

Burfict happens to be the guy who knocked Brown out cold on a questionable hit in the playoff game a few years back. When Burfict got knocked out on the field in December of 2017, Brown was in the Steelers locker room chanting about karma.

But it appears both guys have put all the bad blood aside, if the latest string of tweets is any sign:

Not exactly what Bengals fans want to see, but Cincinnati will get a shot at the new friends in Oakland next season.
