Von Miller is going to have plenty of career opportunities when he’s done playing football. He has already taken on several side jobs, including a new role as a “lifestyle correspondent” for NBC at the Kentucky Derby this weekend.
“Von will offer a fresh perspective on many of the unique lifestyle elements surrounding the Derby, including style, fashion, and popular social media trends,” NBC said in a press release, via ProFootballTalk.com.
Miller, 30, has starred in dozens of television commercials, served as a pregame correspondent for CBS at Super Bowl LIII and starred in his own reality show on Facebook Live. It’s safe to say he’s used to being on camera.
“As a fan of the Kentucky Derby, I am thrilled to be a part of NBC Sports’ coverage of this historic sporting event,” Miller said in NBC’s press release. “I look forward to showcasing the excitement, fashion and enthusiasm at Churchill Downs.”
Miller’s fashionable appearance turned heads at the Kentucky Derby last year. NBC’s coverage of this year’s festivities will begin at 12:30 p.m. MT on Saturday. The Derby will start at 4:50 p.m. MT.
