Von Miller shares his experience with coronavirus after testing positive

Denver Broncos star linebacker Von Miller tested positive for coronavirus this week and says he is in “good spirits” and feeling well. Miller, who has asthma, said his symptoms began with a “simple cough,” and that his girlfriend noticed that he didn’t sound quite the same. Miller used a nebulizer, but it “didn’t really work like it should,” and eventually decided to get tested.

In an interview with NBC, Miller said that he’s been in Denver for the last four weeks, and has only gone out of the house a total of four times in that span, and never left his car when he did leave his home. Miller did note that he’s had workers entering and leaving his house.

Rams center Brian Allen was the first known active NFL player to test positive for coronavirus, a story broken very awkwardly by FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer.

Miller thanked fans for their support on Instagram.
