Von Miller says ‘Super Bowl MVP’ Joe Flacco threw a football 80 yards at minicamp

Von Miller is all in on Joe Flacco’s eliteness after the first day of mandatory Denver Broncos minicamp.

Flacco apparently was throwing footballs over them mountains. Well, sort of.

Miller spoke to reporters Tuesday after the first minicamp and had glowing things to say about the new Broncos quarterback. According to Miller, Flacco not only looked like his “Super Bowl MVP” self but he also threw footballs 80 yards on the fly.

Sure, this was at altitude, but let’s not take away anything from the Flacco Elite Hype. This was what Miller had to say about the former Baltimore Ravens quarterback.

It’s happening — even quicker than we expected.

To be fair, Flacco had long shown the ability to throw a football really far — it was sort of his thing before the 2016 knee injury. The productivity, though, has been the question.

But hey, if Patrick Mahomes can throw a football 90-plus yards in Denver, it’s not out of the question for Flacco to throw around 80 yards.
