Von Miller issues ominous warning to Browns offensive tackles

When the Cleveland Browns face off against the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football, the home team may have a lot of new faces in new places. The list of injuries continues to be concerning for the Browns who are coming off of back-to-back losses and have a .500 record through six games.

The Broncos also have a .500 record through six games after starting the year with three straight wins.

With Teddy Bridgewater at the helm, Denver’s offense has had its ups and downs. The Denver defense, as expected, has played well this season. They currently rank fourth in the NFL in yards per game (314.7) and points given up per game (18.3).

While the bad offenses they faced in the first three weeks of the season (both New York teams and Jacksonville) account for much of that, Von Miller has plans for the defense to control Week 7’s matchup as well. Those plans include that he will “kill” whoever is at tackle across from him:

“I’mma kill him. I’mma kill him” could certainly become bulletin board material in Cleveland but the Browns have to first figure out who will be blocking the veteran pass rusher. Jedrick Wills and Jack Conklin missed the Week 6 matchup and didn’t practice on Tuesday.

If Wills and Conklin cannot play again this week, Blake Hance and James Hudson III are certainly easier targets for Miller to fulfill his ominous warning on.
