Kilbryde Hospice are in need of volunteers to help serve as assistants within their Hamilton and East Kilbride retail shops.
The role involves greeting and serving customers in a welcoming manner, assisting in stock management, manning the till, processing sales and helping to display items on the shop floor and replenishing stock.
Volunteer support makes a vast impact on the level of service Kilbryde Hospice, based within the grounds of Hairmyres Hospital in East Kilbride, are able to provide for their patients and families.
Without the volunteers, Kilbryde would not be able to carry out the vital work free of charge to the communities of South Lanarkshire.
Current shop volunteer Andrew McErlain told Lanarkshire Live : "During the pandemic I really missed coming in to volunteer as it makes me feel like I have a second family.
"Everyone is so friendly and I enjoy being part of that.

"I hope I can continue supporting Kilbryde Hospice for many years to come."
Volunteer support officer, Julie Myles will be recruiting at the top of Quarry Street Hamilton (Bus station end) on Saturday, October 9.
Anyone interested is asked to pop along and say hello and have a chat about volunteering at Kilbryde.
